Romel De Silva was born in Los Angeles and his hometown is West Covina.
De Silva is a BFA graduate of The American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) where he trained in acting, singing, dance, stage combat, musical theatre, on-camera, commercials, speech, and writing.
He is currently represented by Daniel Hoff Agency and managed by Entertainment Lab.
