David and Heather McNamara have sex in his car outside the Snappy Snack Shack, unaware that Veronica and Heather Duke have witnessed them.

David is fired from Westerburg High School after it is revealed that he has been sleeping with some of the students, including Heather McNamara and Driffany Tompkins.

Veronica and Heather Duke catch David trying to seduce a younger girl named Rebecca at a bar. Veronica warns the her that David is a sexual predator causing her to flea. Later that night, Veronica and J.D. break into David's house and murder him.
